Lookup credits are the unit of your rolling allowance. An action can use one or more credits; the current catalogue below is loaded from the same configuration used by the product. A lookup that fails is not charged.
Posted letters are priced separately from lookup credits and bought in packs. A letter credit covers one A4 letter printed, folded, enveloped and posted second class by the configured print partner. Credits do not expire while the account remains open; fulfilment timing can vary.
Posting requires an explicit user confirmation with the recipient shown before submission. A confirmed failed post returns its letter credit, and the account posting cap limits daily submissions.
