One letter is a coin toss. Three is a campaign.
Most replies to direct-to-vendor post land on the second or third letter — from people who read the first one and did nothing. Each touch here is a genuinely different letter, scheduled, with the reply recorded so you know your real response rate.
We draft and schedule. You send. Nothing is posted on your behalf, and a letter is only marked sent when you say it was. A reply stops the run immediately — nothing looks worse than a third letter landing after the vendor has already rung you.
