You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing support@propertypredator.com. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Cancelling stops the next payment. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you do not lose access the moment you cancel.
Closing your account is not the same as cancelling the subscription. If you want both, say so and we will handle it.
If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations normally give you 14 days to change your mind about a purchase made online.
Because the product is digital and available immediately, you are asked to agree that access starts straight away. Once you have started using a paid feature, the statutory right to cancel that purchase is lost. That is the standard position for digital services delivered on demand.
We go further than the minimum. If you subscribe and decide within 14 days that it is not for you, email us. If you have made little or no use of the paid features we will refund you in full. If you have used them substantially we will look at it fairly and tell you plainly what we can do.
Annual plans are discounted because they are paid up front. Cancel one and it runs to the end of the year you have paid for. If you cancel an annual plan early for a genuine reason — a business closing, or the product not doing what we said it would — write to us and we will consider a pro-rata refund. We are not obliged to give one, but we would rather be reasonable than argue.
The exception is our mistake. If an analysis fails, returns nothing usable, or is charged twice, tell us and we will credit the tokens back. You should not pay for something that did not work.
Prepaid credits for posting letters are refundable while unused. Once a letter has been sent to print it cannot be refunded, because the printing and postage have been paid out.
Where a paid feature is materially broken, or the service is unavailable for an extended period, contact us. Depending on the impact we will credit tokens, extend your subscription, or refund you. Consumers also keep their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repeat performance or a price reduction where a digital service is not as described or not carried out with reasonable care — nothing here limits those rights.
Email support@propertypredator.com from the address on your account and tell us what you bought and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two working days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. It is quicker for both of us, and we will almost always sort it out directly.
