- Add the extension to Chrome. One click from the Chrome Web Store.
- Sign in inside the extension using the account you just made, then open any listing.
The panel appears top-right on its own.

What it doesn't do
Because you should know before installing
It doesn't copy, store or republish anything from the portals — it reads the page you're
already looking at and sends only the bare facts (postcode, price, beds, type, size) to work out the numbers.
It doesn't track your browsing, and it does nothing at all on any site outside the ones above unless you press
