Getting it working
Create the account before signed-in checks
- Create your free account first. The extension shows comps and risk flags to anyone,
but ownership and covenant-related checks need an account. The current free-plan allowance is shown inside the account.
- Add the extension to Chrome. One click from the Chrome Web Store.
- Sign in inside the extension using the account you just made, then open a supported listing.
On a supported property-detail route, the panel appears top-right.
Activates automatically only on the supported Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket
property-detail routes. Pressing “Read this page” gives the extension one-time access to the current HTTP(S) page; extraction may not work on an unsupported site.
What it doesn't do
Because you should know before installing
The extension does not send listing photos or the raw description. It sends the extracted
address or postcode, price, bedrooms, property type, floor area and source site, plus detected days on market,
lease term and description-derived signal labels where present. Automatic activation is limited to the supported
routes above; pressing “Read this page” starts extraction on the current HTTP(S) page. Read the
extension privacy notice before installing; its final wording remains subject to privacy approval.
